Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

- I am available for work from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM (GMT). I can also accommodate urgent tasks or deadlines outside these hours if agreed upon in advance.
- For ongoing projects, I am open to discussing flexible hours to ensure timely delivery based on project needs.

Payment Terms:
- I prefer hourly contracts or milestone-based payments for fixed-price projects. I believe in transparent billing and will ensure that each milestone is clearly defined before work begins.
- Payment is expected within 7 days of milestone completion or weekly billing for hourly projects.
- For larger projects, a deposit or initial milestone payment is required before the work starts.

Communication:
- I prioritize clear and consistent communication to ensure the success of every project. I am available for updates and meetings through the Guru platform.
- I provide regular updates on project progress, with daily or weekly check-ins depending on the project scope.
- I am responsive to messages during my working hours and will typically reply within a few hours.
