  The pictures are of the very best, excellent, and most superb quality. Everything about them perfectly and splendidly compliments my writing and conveys my visions with charm and delight. This is especially so in the design of the character of Mr. Wogglebug who has a genuinely charismatic look and feel of being lovable, warmhearted, intelligent, courteous, and gentlemanly. It all shines in his expressions, smile, gestures, and how he always looks in response to the things around him. Overall, I could never have wished for any better for my picture books starring this character for children to love just as much as I do.

  I chose Rich over some other less expensive bids because the quality of his portfolio was extraordinary, and I suspected that he would be able to quickly and efficiently do very high quality work. That turned out to be correct. You can see what he does from his portfolio. And he makes it look effortless. My concept had a lot of ambiguity, and we were able to very quickly zero in on a good approach. I am very satisfied with the final product.

  Richard has excellent design and technical skill. He had a couple of situations come up that made this project last a little longer than it should have, but my only real complaint is that he needs to be a little better in communicating about issues with deadlines or other problems.
