I am an Executive/Virtual Assistant, seasoned Customer Service staff and an experienced Hotelier and Facility Management supervisor.
I have been working with customer service related industries for more than 10 years. These industries include BPO (Call Centers) and Hospitality locally and abroad. I worked as an order taker for a major US retail shop, support for outbound operations, technical representative for modem-routers and game console in the Call Center field. Furthermore, at the age of 23 when I worked in one of the Middle Eastern countries, I became a supervisor for a Call Center Department in a Facility Management company. I also became a Telephone Supervisor in 4-star and 5-star hotels. I am a fast learner in computer applications and knowledgeable in troubleshooting computer parts or peripherals. With this, I not only have customer service skills but also technical experience.
As a supervisor, I have experience in managing a team and making sure the standards are met or applied personally and within the team. I will ensure that my service is of the highest quality to reflect the company's mission and my personal goal. I hope to attain further knowledge and experience in customer service, which I can use as an advantage in assisting others. I look forward in growing together with the company.
