I have been the first in the Sales Development department for two different successful startups. I started by defining a base for where to start building the SDR Department from there I created what they now use. I have become a master in lead generation, demand generation, email campaigning, and process planning. I find Sales Development to be the most important arm of a growing/successful company, because without them you lose a lot of possible opportunity from overworked AE's. With that being said, if you do not have a strong and replicable structure your destined to fail. This is where I can help.
