Lawyer with Specialization in Corporate Laws

I am a Lawyer with specialization in Corporate Laws and a Qualified Company Secretary with more than 3 years of experience in Corporate, Insurance and Commercial Laws.I have been working with Companies and Law firms in India on full time basis.
I have worked on various aspects of Corporate Law including drafting and vetting legal contracts, handling transactions, research and general advisory work. Since i am also a qualified Company Secretary i am well versed with areas related to incorporation of Companies, Compliance Work related to Companies Act etc. I can draft, assist and negotiate various contract and commercial transactional documents/agreements including MOU, Joint Venture Agreement etc.

Work Terms

I am comfortable with fixed working hours. Since i am very new i am not very demanding about the budget. You could rather give me my first project for a meager amount and as per my performance upgrade my pay.
