Talent Acquisition: From sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing client expectations, I excel in full-cycle recruiting. I’ve worked with major job boards such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Freelancer, and People Per Hour.

HR Operations: I manage daily HR tasks such as attendance management, payroll processing, onboarding/offboarding, and policy implementation, all while utilizing advanced HR software like Zoho Recruit, JIRA, and Trackolap.

Project Management: Having worked on several tech product launches, I am skilled at coordinating teams, tracking progress, and meeting project goals using tools like ClickUp and JIRA.

Employee Relations & Engagement: I ensure a positive company culture, resolve employee issues, and drive initiatives that boost morale and retention.

Work Terms
