I am a ServiceNow developer and work on developing applications in ServiceNow. I am an expert in implementing applications that require scripting using ServiceNow utilities such as Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, SLA Configurations to name a few.

I have good experience in developing Service Catalog items in ServiceNow and configuring the end to end process flow using custom Workflows, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies among other scripting utilities.

I am an integration specialist and have done several integrations of ServiceNow with other external applications such as configuring the LDAP integrations, SSO, Zenoss integration to name a few.

I have good experience in enhancing the ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Release Management, CMDB, Asset Management, Project Portfolio Management.
