 Ensuring that site operations are carried out smoothly with erection, commissioning
& procurement operations for the Power, Industrial, Oil & Chemical Project.
 Developing financial projections, preparing budgets and performing extensive
project costing.
 Managing resources to perform project activities in cost effective manner.

Erection & Commissioning
• Managing the erection & commissioning of Power Plant & Industrial Plant
Electrical Equipment.

Procurement, Inspection & Vendor Development
 Identifying and developing a reliable vendor base for procurement of electrical &
instrument equipment.
 Conducting negotiations with vendors for cost effective, timely procurement to
enable smooth flow of operations as per predetermined parameters.
 Conducting inspection as per approved documents.
 Development of new vendor and evaluation.
