Educational Background:
I hold a Bachelor of Elementary Education majoring in General Education from Cebu Normal University, graduating in 2012.
Professional Journey:
From September 7, 2021, to July 5, 2024, I served as a Virtual Executive Assistant at ULTATECH INC.
My primary client was the CEO, and with other admin Marketing/Social Media team. During this time, I assisted the CEO with daily priority tasks, managed a team of virtual assistants for online email jobs, coordinated interview schedules for new hires, handled sales reports, and created instructions using the company’s preferred program. Additionally, I monitored sales agents’ reports, managed the CEO’s schedule using tools like Google Calendar, Zoom, and Teams, and collaborated with the Marketing team to enhance the company’s online presence across various social media platforms. I also communicated with customers, clients, agents, and company administrators via emails and outbound calls, and even created instructional videos using the LOOM app.
In summary, my journey from BPO to virtual assistance reflects my commitment to growth, adaptability, and excellence. I look forward to continuing this exciting path and making a difference wherever I go.
