Hi my name is Rizza, I worked in a International BPO Company here in the Philippines for 2 years as a Customer Service Representative II. I handled US-Based Telecommunication Account. I handled calls regarding financial support, technical support, sales, account concerns, billing and customer service. Then after I worked as a Shift Manager in a food establishment for a year, I handled Human Resource, Customer Service and everything about the establishment like inventory, sales and profits, staff handling, product marketing and more.

I am flexible and hard working. I am willing to be train and eager to learn. I work effectively and efficiently. I can start working as soon as you hired me and I will work hard and will submit my works on time.
