Work Terms
We provide our clients with a comprehensive business plan, with access to current projects and target completion dates accessible online 24/7. Project budgets are based on the scope of the project, and we provide detailed activity weekly. Our standard payment terms require all fees to be paid prior to execution; 20% of project payment is due prior to any UAT (user acceptance testing). Please note: for multi-phase projects, a payment schedule can be arranged in advance.
We are always available via cell/text/email/web conferencing during standard business hours, and often available during after-hours and weekends as well.
