  Excellent work - this provider had a lot of different concepts to work with and formed it into one very charming, fun, and yet somehow still elegant design (just as we asked). Made several adjustments/revisions upon request - and very quickly at that. An excellent designer and highly recommended for any web design work.

  Have you hired Ray yet? What are you waiting for? Have your read his reviews? We're not making this up. The guy combines mad coding skills with an artist's eye. That's because he went to the Art Institute of Tampa and the New England Institute of Art. Anyone can code a website. But very few people can make aesthetically pleasing website that is fast loading, uses small file sizes, contains organized markup and CSS for future updates, validates XHTML strict, is cross-browser compatible, and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.   Ray is implementing all sorts of bells and whistles on my website now. It's turning out far better than I ever imagined. It's like he read my mind as to what kind of website I would like. Hiring Ray to redesign my website was the best decision I've ever made, aside from marrying my hottie wife. I am really picky and have sent him lots of tweaks and minor changes, and yet he never complains. His coding is a marvel of beauty and efficiency. He is annotating the css file to make it easy for me to update later. He thinks of everything!

  Ray is the real deal. My website needed a redesign, bad. And I'm very finicky. I gave Ray a lot of my likes and dislikes (probably too many) but he never let my ideas hamstring his creativity. The site mock-ups he created were all wonderful. I could have gone with any one of them. I can't say enough good things about him. He is fast, professional, creative, technically brilliant, open to suggestions, and collaborative. As for his prices, he should triple them. He's building me a website that looks like it cost $5,000 for, well, substantially less. If you want a gorgeous, semantic, web 2.0-looking CSS website look no further. Hire Ray. And tell him Steve sent you.
