I know my hosting company has caused problems in the past. They did so again for this developer. This was an e-commerce implementation and some editorial content changes and a few other things. Despite what must have been quintuple the hours originally bid, this developer stuck with his quote and went even further beyond that. Incredible communication skills. I wish every vendor treated me like this.
