Mr. S P Sharma, the Founder and dynamic Managing Director of RND Groups, has workedpreviously in the field of foundry and metallurgy since the last 45 years. He founded RJ Enterprise in the year 1988, which was renamed to RJ Industries. He also undertook the responsibility of setting up of more than fifty small and medium foundries in the country as well as abroad. He has now proved his mettle in the enterprise sector.

Mr. S S Sharma has a rich background in electronics and communication, with a post grad degree in science from BITS, Pilani and MBA in marketing from Ahmedabad. He is now taking the group to the new dimension with clear vision and mission. He believes a new beginning of the era to deliver the solution to the customer delight through technovation. He has unique working with smart fusion of technology and innovation-technovation.

Mrs. Reenu Sharma, who is the CEO of RND Groups, aids Mr. S.P. Sharma. With her education including an MBA in finance from Symbiosis (SDCL), and M.Sc. in microbiology from Gujarat University, she even has a post-graduation diploma in environment and sustainable development.
