I am a qualified Copy Editor, with a Certificate in Publishing from Australian College, which is recognised in all states of Australia. My experience includes editing of two successful self-published novels for a Tasmanian author in the horror/suspense genre. I have also edited a number of short academic essays, reviewed a short story and acted as a developmental/beta reader.
I have over 18 years of experience in customer service, in a range of industries including sales, telecommunications, roadside assistance, travel, government services and social welfare. This has given me an aptitude for and core focus on customer satisfaction.

Although I may initially edit your written work based on a set style guide or a style sheet, usually provided by the client, I am open to any feedback or suggestions you may offer to make the piece your own. If you do not provide a style sheet of your own, or state a preference of a style you wish me to follow, e.g. the Chicago Manual of Style, I will work to the standard Australian Style Guide, taking into account any variances in UK English and US English
I will not hide your voice or your message.
I prefer payment via Paypal. I will supply the details for payment at the time of employment.
