Other than my own freelance efforts, I am also seeking long-term work with a respectable organization/customer. My professional work experience in technology exceeds twenty years. I am passionate about helping customers, whether providing training or resolving technology-related problems. I am always looking for ways to increase productivity and cost-savings. I have strong troubleshooting and customer service skills and understand the importance of open communication and interpersonal relations with my customers and coworkers. I would also consider a non-technical field of work focused primarily on customer service or energy & resource conservation.
