This is the second time I have used MS. Stanske's services and the second time I have been impressed. I gave her an impossibly difficult task of transcribing digital audio with multiple speakers in multiple languages (she transcribed only the English portion writing "foreign language comment" where appropriate). I also needed it done rapidly. She completed it in lightening speed to a fantastic level of acuracy.

Robin's work far exceeded expectations. She was charged with transcribing recordings of sometimes technical discussions with multiple speakers in a room and showed insightfulness and skill in putting the transcriptions into a comprehensible and easily readable format. She is fast, efficient, and professional. First rate.
