in social services.

I have 20 years of experience leading programs that work with multi-barriered persons within social services. Some examples include high-risk youth, multi-barriered adults, older workers, victims, indigenous persons and persons accessing income assistance. Most recently I have focused my attention within the employment industry in three areas, financial management, organizational reach and performance based contract management.

Skills include: Management in non-profit sector and for profit sector. Liaison between service provider and government ministries. Contract negotiation, contract renewal, program closure and service delivery partner contract development. Request for proposal planning, writing and implementation of successful bids. Annual financial budget planning, monthly reporting and quarterly projection and variance reporting. Policy interpretation, advocacy and implementation. Data analytics, generating data sets and graphing data.
