Longley Associates, is led by Robert L. Condon. Robert has 20 years of Sr. Management experience in the aerospace, automotive and industrial industries. Core competencies include operational turn-around, strategic planning, worldwide distribution and ISO and QS quality systems development. Currently he is president of Longley Associates, Inc., an advisory consultancy firm for businesses in the New England region. Mr. Condon works with business owners to improve sales and profitability, create Lean manufacturing processes and efficiently designed organizations. He also works with local banking and legal firms to work with faltering companies in the service, distribution and manufacturing sectors. Mr. Condon is an Approved Consultant for the state of Massachusetts as sponsored by the U.S. Department of Commerce and National Institute of Standards and Technology.
