With over 30 years in IT including systems administration, integration, test management, training and education I have a unique depth of experience that can be utilised by any size company. I have been engaged by major banking and insurance companies, manufacturing companies such as computer assembly and sales management including HP, retail including BAT and Guinness, and several major educational establishments such as University colleges in Oxford, Warwick University, and St Andrews University.

As a senior technical consultant for PeopleSoft UK I provided a troubleshooting service across EMEA and APAC solving highly complex technical issues for companies including Land Bank, Pretoria, Tokyo Telecom, and Royal Bank of Scotland. Presenting and facilitating at CIO/CTO level and occasionally direct to the CEO I contributed to the avoidance of litigation, improved performance of internal and external teams, and streamlined infrastructure resulting is cost reduction and improved stability. Since becoming an independent Freelance IT Expert I have been providing senior level services either direct to clients such as Oracle and KPMG. My first tier skill set is around a stack based on unix/linux, Oracle, Weblogic and J2E. Second tier is Windows, SQL Server and IIS and .Net. I provide forensics and trouble shooting, often on a no-fix no-fee basis. I also have tuned people skills and can add value to team management, recruitment, and performance reviews.

Established as an autentrepreneur trader in France and with an official entry in the French Business Register I am fully covered to €10m (aprox 10m USD) for liability with Aviva Insurance.

Work Terms

Freelance only operating mainly in CET timezone but can be flexible. Remote access required except mainland Europe. Comprehensive IT lab maintained for potential offline activities.
