The strong sense of technical understanding helps me on easily understand any task at hand. Finishing it is a top priority, but along with that I am finding ways on making the process better, eliminating waste using ITIL, Lean and Six Sigma process.

With all of the knowledge and experience gained over the years, I can easily understand new processes that needs to implement on a project. Doing L2/L3 technical process,
quality assurance, process management, data analysis, network administrator is my everyday job so I can help you out on you IT needs. I also do all sorts of application testing for the clients.
