R K Baulch and Associates Inc. was formed in 2004 after leaving a Corporate position with AT&T. My 25 years experience in the telecommunications industry was not were I felt my real skill set existed. During my tenure with AT&T I acquired world class practices in Leadership, Operations Management, Marketing and General Management including but especially in people management . I decided these were the skills that I would leverage in my practice.
Over the years I have worked with owners in areas as diverse as manufacturing, retail glass, Landscapers, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Companies and restaurants to name a few.

Work Terms
While I operate Business hours during the week, I meet with clients in person and via telephone on their schedule, not mine. I work face to face and remotely via phone or video conference as appropriate. My fees are based upon the hours required to accomplish agreed upon goals with the client and generally range between $125-$150 per hour.
