• Managed global pursuit teams of 20+ people. Averaging 4-6 customer pursuits concurrently.
• Signed $97.8M in global services contracts in the Health Care, Transportation, Manufacturing and Financial verticals. Averaging 30% margin.
• Exceeded overall contract value averaging 108% of quota.
• Managed relationships with customer Procurement, Sourcing, IT, Real Estate, Governance and end-user through C-Suite.
• Responsible for contractual documentation including Statements of Work, Master Services Agreements, Security Schedules, NDAs and Governance models.
• Directed and closed global services deal worth $3.1M in 27 days from start to finish. (Average services sales cycle was 12-18 months).

• Co-developed and introduced Office365 SharePoint Collaboration program implemented by all US Pursuit teams .Improved remote access, visibility and speed to signature.
