My firm, RMHA, has always been small. I never wished to manage staff at the expense of working with my clients. I never considered diluting the quality of our client's experiences by enlisting less-than-qualified people to "rent a desk" at the firm in order to appear larger or project some other impression that did not add genuine value for, or serve the best interests of, our clients. I take pride in delivering high caliber and useful appraisal work product that prescribes how value can be enhanced or sustained. I provide a comprehensive M&A advisory sell-side deliverable (formulating market strategy including valuation modeling and consideration of key client objectives in advance; disclosure material drafting; acquirer research and identification; NDA and other document management; negotiations including collaboration with legal counsel regarding definitive documentation; due diligence management, etc.). My mantra has always been that fees may be important, but not nearly as important as our clients' satisfaction with our work.

Work Terms

I have no fixed hours, having worked 60+/- hours weekly for decades. I seek to accommodate the client in respect to timing, preferred means of communication, and other considerations. The essential elements are to foster rapport with the person you are facing and bring a collaborative spirit to every task.
