ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
I am consistence professional Virtual, admin assistant with experience in data entry, communication and web research services. A college graduate with a diploma in web research, a certificate in IT and proposal writing and a degree in community development. I have fluency in English and Swahili both in verbal and written, with ability to offer professional services at all times.
I use email proficiently, with good communication skill that helps me handling clients, web research, typing skills that make me to be a good admin assistant. Currently working as an admin assistant and customer service at a community call Centre in Nairobi. My duties are email handling, calls handling, transferring of data and calls according to client’s specifications, document creation and compiling of researches. I have advanced computer skills, also using collaborative tools. Management of data requires a keen person on details and prioritizes accuracy.
