I had a great privilege to work with Sears Holdings Corporation as one of their customer service representatives for three years. I have gained expertise in answering customers’ queries, providing resolutions to different concerns, managing complaints, and even saving orders from cancellation while working within the company’s policies and standard procedures.
I also took advantage of offering and selling Sears’s home improvement services in which I earned extra money and at the same time had the opportunity to add more value to our customers’ homes.
Eventually Sears provided me with substantial trainings that equipped me for a higher level of support. I became a technical support representative and resolved customers of their technical product issues.
