With 26+ years of progressive HR leadership experience split between union and non-union entities, BBA and MBA degrees, I understand how to anticipate and apply critical thinking to resolve business challenges. Results oriented, I possess both strategic and tactical HR leadership experience with a heavy focus on Organizational Development and Talent Management.
Organizational Development/Performance Management. Recently, we successfully influenced a 18% reduction in turnover resulting in $900k annualized savings; streamlining the performance management, talent management and succession planning processes for 4,100 employees and revised the employee handbook. Having developed successful on-boarding programs, formulated and delivered “cradle to grave” employee training and CPP certified I have delivered various assessments, including, 360-degree development programs and other key career architectural building programs utilizing data analysis.
Talent Acquisition: Finding top talent has been a focus throughout my career. I have hired as many as 600 folks in as few as three months and have created a Talent Acquisition company from scratch finding candidates for division President and VP level roles to individual contributor level roles.
Cultural Management: As HR lead, I helped transform the culture of two companies to a Lean Manufacturing enterprise and have led the Human Resources strategy and tactical implementation of strategies when we took a $60M division to a combined $170M, managing cultural changes through organic growth, acquisitions and divestitures. My multi location experience includes seven locations at once.
