Graduate in languages for translations from English/France to Italian and vice versa. Possibly also translations from Spanish into Italian. Also available as proofreader or other activities

translation has always been an activity that I am passionate, I attended a 1-year course for interpreters and translators in Turin before attending the University of Turin and graduating in languages. I have had many opportunities during my almost 20 years of work in the export trade to exercise it (translation of cataogues, newsletters and company website, datasheets, assembly instructions as well as specifications, contracts and circular letters). I also believe that some of my soft skills may be relevant for this activity: time management, precision, critical thinking and terminology research to resolve linguistic doubts without stopping at the first solution, to ensure greater adherence to the text/context, adaptability/flexibility, problem solving, prompt response to requests I receive, empathy and openness towards the world (different languages and cultures).

Work Terms

about 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 4 p.m.
