I am a freelance animator, illustrator, storyboard artist and full time substitute. I have a passion for comics, animation and movies. Let's work together to make some dope art.

Since I was a kid I have always loved monsters, the bigger the better. Carlos the Kaiju Killer is a comic I feel I have always wanted to see: a fun, simple, monster-filled adventure. The story of an average dude who happens to love fighting Kaiju and, in turn, defending his city. This is one of my main passion projects that I feel well represents my artistic interests and style.

In my freelance career I have enjoyed working on multiple projects at once and seeing the diversity in my art. Taking on clients that need logos, illustration, story boards or character design leads to interesting art challenges for me. My breadth of work has helped me be able to meet the needs of any client I work with. Though my style will always come through, I am able to adjust and adapt depending on the vision of the client I am working with.

I enjoy working with clients who have a specific vision for what they want, an end goal. However, making the project perfect is my goal and I believe that happens when my artistic judgement can also come into play. I believe that communication during the process of a project is key, both the client and artist need to work together to create the a great final product. Every client I work with has either come back to work with me again or has recommended me to others.

Work Terms

Open to hourly pay ($25 to $55 per/hr) or task oriented pay depending on client preferences.
