I write quick, tailored, and professional Xactimate estimates for contractors, restoration companies, independent adjusters, and public adjusters.
I am a small business owner and have grown my company to the point I no longer have to oversee the daily operations. Because of my unique skill-set gained as a small business owner, and knowledge of the building construction trades, estimating comes naturally to me, and I enjoy scoping and estimating damage for public insurance adjusters and general contractors in my spare time.
I offer roofing, mitigation, flood, fire, and mold on residential and commercial estimates. I excel in the details of estimates, using proper codes to maximize profitability, notes on line items that need explanation, and I make sure not to leave out the typical items insurance adjusters omit.
I know my way around a construction site and am a certified level 3 with Xactimate. I also own a restoration company and am IICRC certified in ASD, WRT, FIRE, and ODOR.
Work Terms
I charge .5% of the RCV (total of the estimate before depreciation), minimum of $75.00, to load estimates per your scope notes. This means on a $15,000 estimate total, my fee would be $75.00. On a $200,000 estimate total my fee would be $1000.00.
I charge 1/2 price for any estimate over $500,000 and also give bulk discounts.
This fee includes a sketch (or dimensions), labeled pictures (if required), and appropriate line items per your specs.
My typical turn around is 24 hours. I can do weekends and shorter turn-arounds for an additional fee. I don't charge for edits, revisions, or change orders. Payment is due upon completion of a satisfactory estimate.
