Having been born and raised in Oxnard California, the place with nowhere to go and nothing to do, naturally, I got into the only thing available (that wasn’t sports, farming, or drugs) … art. I started out playing music at the ripe ol’ age of 10. Once I hit junior high I started my first band and have not stopped playing since. I know what you’re thinking. What does this have to do with graphic design?
Since junior high, I’ve always been in bands (and in fact I still am). We lived in a small town with a robust music scene which meant bands needed flyers, websites, album artwork, t-shirts, etc. As luck would have it, my brother and all of his friends were the town’s computer genii so I already had a vast knowledge of the tech-realm.
I am completely self-taught with over 15 years of experience (10 professionally). I am a wordsmith, a jack of all trades and I can lay down a mean harmony. When we work together, we will create something awesome!
