I am an HR practitioner for over 4 years already specializing in Organizational Development, Recruitment and Sourcing and Training and Development.
As a recruiter, I did end-to-end recruitment which covers sourcing to on-boarding. More of these included targeted selection and Competency Based- interviewing. In sourcing, I do channel management which focused on talent acquisition and channel optimization. As for my OD experience, I do data analytics and data gathering via company's data banks. My goal is to initiate developmental programs optimizing the company's human capital.
Finding my way in the human capital industry captured my heart and my interest. Thus, as I went along, learning analytics and finding essential meaning in data made it a whole exciting world for me.
I am very keen to details and has an excellent competency in organizing and prioritizing my workload ensuring to achieve the desired goals and outcomes of each project I meet.
