TRANSACTIONAL COUNSEL WITH GENERAL CORPORATE, COMPLIANCE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY EXPERIENCE

Equally adept at advising on high-level strategic decisions and drilling down to complex legal issues, Robyn Davis is the rare attorney who is comfortable serving on a large legal team and or as the company’s only in-house lawyer. 

Robyn has 15+ years of experience as in-house counsel, complimenting earlier roles at Am Law 100 and other firms. She is currently engaged as retained counsel on corporate, contract and compliance matters and available for additional outside/in-house counsel opportunities.

Robyn has held corporate counsel roles at a global media distributor, a multi-national consumer electronics retailer and a leading pet food company. Through her range of experience, she has cultivated a unique perspicacity of the business, legal, risk management and regulatory concerns facing a variety of industries.

Early in her career, Robyn served as lead associate on mergers, private placements and other matters at Bryan Cave, LLP. She received her J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Creighton University. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Missouri and Nebraska.
