to explain the "whys" of things there. When I finally ran my first group as an intern, I was so nervous and he was incredibly encouraging. In fact when his mother, C.J., whom deeply adored and respected, passed away, he allowed me to have the framed "Autobiography in 5 Chapters" that had been in her office. That was what I had used to run my first group, and 7 years later, it still hangs on my wall.
