Work Terms
Terms and Conditions
These are the standard terms and conditions for all website development/design services provided by DEESIGNERD to its clients.
1. ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance of these terms and conditions through signing may not always be necessary for a client. Once a client accepts a quote from DEESIGNERD, the service provider, then the client will be deemed to have understood and accepted all the terms and conditions set by the service provider.
Clients are advised to read these terms and conditions carefully.
2. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Fees for the services to be provided by DEESIGNERD are detailed in the project quotation sent to the client through an e-mail. Quotations are valid for a period of thirty (30) days. DEESIGNERD reserves the right to alter or withdraw the quotation provided after thirty (30) days.
A 30% deposit of the total fee payable under the service provider’s proposal is due immediately after the client instructs us to proceed with the website design and development services. The remaining balance of 70% shall be payable after the work is completed to your reasonable satisfaction but is still subject to the terms of the “approval of work” and “rejected work” clauses. We reserve the right not to commence any work until the deposit has been paid in full.
The 30% deposit is only refundable if the service provider has not fulfilled its obligations in delivering the work required under the agreement. The deposit is not refundable if the development work has been started and the client terminates the contract without any fault on the service provider’s part.
3. SUPPLY OF MATERIALS AND INFORMATION
The client must supply all the materials and information required by DEESIGNERD to complete the work in accordance to any agreed specification. Such materials may include, but are not limited to, images, written copy, logos, and/or other printed materials. In case there are any delays in supplying these materials to DEESIGNERD which leads
