I am a very curios individual that loves challenges and to solve problems puzzles.

Business transformation projects always present very complex challenges which are the bread and butter of what I love to solve.

My technical background and my business experience and preparation allows me to deliver innovation on every solution I present to my clients. In fact, helping companies to transform and evolve towards becoming innovation driven is one of my passions.

My other passion is helping my clients to change their mindset and enable business transformation to become customer concentric. I am a customer relationship management evangelist and a customer advocate.

Work Terms

Hours of operation are:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST
- US Holidays are followed.
- If requested, a different schedule can be negotiated

Engagements of less than 10 hours/2 weeks will be billed upfront and might incurred in a higher hourly rate. Longer engagements will be billed bi-weekly. All invoices are due immediately.

Deliverable based engagements will be governed by an Master Service Agreement (MSA) and a Statement of Work (SOW) contracts. This type of engagement will have its own invoicing rules and hourly rates as well as commitments.

Best communication tool will be email. In order to avoid conflict with other customers, all phone calls must be scheduled in advance.

I reserve the right to change the terms and conditions mentioned here, as my customers you will be notified of any changes and you will be allowed to continue or cancel any work relationship without penalties.
