Rodrigo has developed a diverse background and skill-set, thanks to his exposure to different industries that range from restaurants to digital services and Human Resources.
My background includes serving as a Tech recruiter and Sourcer for a leading recruiting company. Most recently, I opened my own online publishing company. Working alongside a partner and 4 Virtual Assistants, managing budgets, writing and proofreading. Still a work in progress, but this will be the first step of a much bigger side project.
Previously, I worked on the candidate management part of Rockstar Coders and Elm Talent Group, where my responsibilities included handling candidate sourcing and interviewing (Managing up to 10 interviews per day), as well as some admin tasks for our clients (candidate tracking, email writing and sending)
During my time working for these companies, I created and worked alongside a friend and partner, a translation and transcribing company. Reaching the Number 1 spot on Fiverr.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my full-time employment as a Chef and HR Manager of several restaurants during my college years.
Work Terms
Available 40 hours a week, except weekends (With some exceptions if needed). I have a PayPal and Payoneer account. Gmail account (Hangouts), Skype and WhatsApp.
