I am an architect trained in the US (Georgia) and have deep experience in design, architectural rendering and MEP drafting. This will be the 6th year I am working as a freelancer, and in this time I have established long lasting relationships with clients across the US, Canada and Australia.
I utilize photorealistic rendering techniques to bring your designs to life, using your conceptual images, plans, CAD files and even reference photographs. I take the time and put a lot of attention to detail in order to make spaces look like real, live-able places.
Over the course of the project, I make my self readily available to discuss the project status, and provide image previews as reference for feedback. This way we fine tune your design before final production renderings or drawing set submission.
I enjoy my field, and take pride in quality work and friendly customer service. I handle designs of all building types and scales, from residential to commercial spaces, interior and exterior shots.
My go to programs are Revit, 3DS Max, AutoCAD and Photoshop. And am well versed in Vray, Iray and octane for stills and animations

Working hours are flexible, and usually put best effort to complete projects to meet your deadlines.

Payment scheme of 40% down payment, and 60% after final preview has been approved. Final images are delivery after that.
