18+ years of legal research and writing experience, including finding relevant case law, drafting legal pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, alternate dispute resolution documents, and memoranda; experience in various state and federal jurisdictions; trial courts, appeals courts, supreme courts; LLM and JD law degrees from the University of Akron School of Law (ABA accredited law school); worked for individual attorneys and for law firms.

Work Terms

Weekends, evenings, holidays OK; usually negotiated fixed fee for project based on one or more milestones; request safepay funding upon acceptance of quoted agreement; communicate via guru.com message and/or email. Negotiable rates/fees. I provide licensed attorneys with fundamental legal research and writing to support their legal needs.
