Work Terms

Each project will have a specific timeline depending on the complexity of the services required.

I will provide regular updates and communicate any changes to the agreed timeline.



3. Payment Terms:

Payment will be made through Guru's secure payment system.

For projects over a certain amount, I require a 50% upfront payment, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Payments must be made on time to ensure continuous work progress.



4. Revisions:

I offer 2 rounds of revisions as part of the service package. Additional revisions will be charged based on the scope of work.

Clear instructions and feedback are required to complete revisions successfully.



5. Confidentiality:

All client information and business data will be kept strictly confidential.

I will not share or disclose any details of the project without your consent.



6. Communication:

I prefer to communicate through Guru's messaging system or email for all project discussions.

Timely communication is essential to ensure the project stays on track and meets deadlines.



7. Refund Policy:

In case the project does not meet the agreed-upon milestones, I will offer a partial refund depending on the work completed.

Refunds are only available if the project scope has not been fulfilled or work is not delivered as agreed.



8. Project Completion:

Upon project completion, all deliverables will be provided in the agreed format.

After completion, I will provide ongoing support for up to 30 days for any minor adjustments or queries.
