Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Management of team consisting of 10-15 Lead Generation Representatives
• Maintaining prospect databases and pipeline for the team
• Researching through online for new opportunities and prospects
• Email response handling and interaction with superiors and the whole team
• Ensures that all relevant information and updates are cascaded in uniform to the whole team
• Administrative work and updating of important documents
• Allocating relevant job roles to the team
• Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to manage performance metrics
• Set and attain daily and weekly demo goals
• Conduct daily joint calling and skill development with direct reports
• Provide inside sales training/support for new staff
• Serve as a resource for scripting and objection handling in line with the sales process
• Deliver formal performance feedback to direct reports
• Partner with Sr. Director to develop resources for Reps during the sales process (e.g. Campaigns, email, fax, merchandisers, etc.)
• Follow organizational process for recording and analyzing prospect information and interactions.
