I am an +10 years experienced Business Process Improvements with Project management and Business Analysis responsibilities involved in digital and business transformation programmes in the past 10 years and a customer centric oriented professional, working closely with the operational, sales and customer service teams and various stakeholders.
My expertise areas include gathering requirements, process analysis and process mapping, lean and adaptive to the client’s strategy and on my background and experience in different business areas and industries as a business analysis and project management, I am confidently able to recommend solutions to clients, technical and business adv.
My prior experience including designing functional, user-focused and digital customer experiences across various digital platforms, and translating them into technical requirements, enables me to easily design the user journey based and link it to different business areas.
Business process mapping is one of my key skills, with +10 years of experience as a BPM, lean and six sigma, based on which I am now able to easily understand company strategies, create adaptable process mappings, with a clear focus on wireframes, prototypes and user experience, using management, mapping and prototyping tools such as Axure RP, Draw.io, Jira and Confluence.
