A technology enthusiast with over 14 years of experience in Customer Support - as well as an extensive background in providing Technical Support and Engineering.

For the past 6 years, I’ve been working as a Support Specialist at Kounta by Lightspeed. I started as a Support Specialist I and moved my way up to a Senior Support Specialist III role.

I have 14 years of experience in Customer Service, Technical Service, and Supervisory roles.

I am a well-rounded guy with a background in Data analysis, Desktop and Laptop Support, Accounting Integration (Xero, MYOB, and QBO), eCommerce platform (Shopify), JIRA, Postman, Insomnia, REST API, Zendesk, Intercom, SQL, Intercom, Logz.io.
