I am hard-working, optimistic, and have a 'can do' attitude who has experience in writing, particularly academic and business, and customer service for one of the telecommunications companies in the United States.

Starting my writing career in 2014, I have extensively improved my writing skills and I am capable of writing on a broad range of topics with different writing styles.
Training provided by my last employer made me into an efficient and skilled communicator over the phone and through email and chat support. Throughout my experience, I had trained myself to be independent in the workload that was assigned to me.

If you had set up a deadline and I confirmed to meet it, expect me to meet it. I make sure to be conforming to the requirements unless there is a much efficient way to accomplish the tasks. I love working with teams but also more efficient working alone.
