WORK PLAN
1-Review and Analyze with Financial Reasons the Financial Statements of the Company.
2-Review the Mission, Vision and Values of the Company + Organizational Chart of the Company. Remember that a Dashboard is only effective when a business has clearly defined the main components of its strategies: Mission, Values, Vision, Clear Goals and Objectives, Plans and Initiatives.
3-Outline how data is handled in the Company (Mainframe, Server or Computer Network) and the software used, as well as the operational reports and Excel worksheets commonly used, in the course of Company Operations . Computer Staff
4-Once these parameters are reviewed; they will give rise to a series of questions, including recent deviations.
5-Once obtained the answers will determine the KPI that best apply to the Company and which type or type of Performance Dashboard or Scorecard. A Plan of Implementation of the same will be elaborated in agreement with the Management.
6-Strict follow-up to the Plan to finalize the Implementation of the Plan to the Short time possible
