I am a graduate of Business Administration major in Marketing Management. My job experiences have always been about customer engagement. I worked in a Telecommunication Company as a Customer Representative, it made me understand how important to give attention to your customers' concerns, to get detailed information for you to provide the necessary action or resolution. Having SOCIAL relationships with the customers teach me to have compassion and sympathy towards people.
I also worked in the Customer Relations Management Department in an IT Company. This was the time that I handle accounts. Part of my job is to do email marketing, telemarketing, and make some proposals. The job gives me a SENSORY experience to meet and greet most of my clients. This time I was able to become EXPRESSIVE of my thoughts about the Market Plans and Strategies that may contribute to the product's success.
I am now working as a Sales Executive in a Logistics and Trading company. To become an effective salesperson, you should understand the product, market, and demand. Having full knowledge of what you are selling will make it easier to offer and attract more customers. Most importantly, we should treat all our clients as VIPs. To maintain a good relationship with the existing clients and continue searching for more leads.
