My name is Rona, I started freelancing in 2018 as a Virtual Assistant in an Online Ordering Company based in Santa Clara, CA. As a VA I gained knowledge and experience in Data Entry tasks and handling customers on the phone. I also improved my English communication skills when I entered the Online Teaching Industry.
