I am a Registered Mechanical Engineer, Registered Master Plumber and also a Pollution Control Officer and Real Estate Appraiser

Having an overall of 10 years experience in Engineering Industry . Currently I am connected in Worldwide Central Properties, Inc. a Real Estate Developer company having a position of MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical/Auxiliary, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Sanitary) Supervisor at Technical Planning & Design Department.

My task are enumerated below;

- Site Coordination and Technical Audit - Check Mechanical, Air-conditioning and Ventilation System, Plumbing and Drainage System, Fire Fighting System, Elevator Works & Electrical Works
- Turn-Over of the Common Areas, Facilities & Amenities of the Building to the Property Management Department – Operational & Functionality
- Design Coordination and Plan Reviews (External Architects, Consultant & Allied Consultants)
- Coordinate project requirements with all in house departments (engineering/drafting/construction, etc.)
- Recognize technical ambiguities and discrepancies in construction documents from Consultant
- Check Efficiency and Cost of the Project
- Inter-department coordination process and procedures (Bidding, Scoping, Etc.)
- Attend pre-construction and on site project meetings as required
- Understand and apply technical and material specifications and scope of work requirements
- Assist the Technical Planning Department in ensuring that cost control, quality assurance and scheduling of the project is properly implemented
