An Expert Customer Service/ Virtual Assistant

I am Ronnie from the Philippines. I am 31 years old. People can call me Tabi for short.

I worked as a customer service representative in one of the call center companies here in the Philippines for more than 3 years. During those years, I was trained to handle different accounts and was also trained to handle some back office tasks.

As a freelancer, I worked as a customer service representative for a client who does dropshipping for more than 2 years. The client also trained me to handle order processing and fulfillment using Oberlo and Shipbob. I was also trained to handle live chats.

I am very familiar on how to run dropshipping business as well as the tools. I know how to use shopify, aliexpress, google docs, zendesk and fulfillment apps such as oberlo and shipbob. I can say that dropshipping business is my forte because I have a lot of knowledge on how to handle customer service and order fulfillment of this kind of business.

In addition to that, I also worked for as a virtual assistant for a Canadian client for 1 year. The clients sells, t-shirts online and advertise them on Facebook. What I do for this client is set up his Facebook ads and manage his Facebook pages.

Work Terms

I can work full time 40 hours or more a week.

My preferred salary is $5 or higher per hour.
