Translator, Item Writer, Customer Service, and Data Entry Specialist
Hi! I'm Roque Merrick Dacullo. I've worked for several employers before. I gained experience in customer service when I was trained and hired in ePerformax and Executive Boutique for one year (2016-2017). I also worked in a booking office for domestic and international flights as a sub-agent under G.I. Philippines corporation and VIA Philippines Travel Corporation (2015-2016) in my hometown Babatngon. Both mentioned companies gave us access to their portals using our credentials. In these portals, I experienced booking flights of our customers. I also checked them online and made sure that I sent them their boarding passes for their flights through email. I also generated sales report which were subject for review by the bookkeeper. I also have other office work experiences when I worked as a data encoder in both regional and provincial offices of the Philippine Statistics Authority (2012-2014)in Tacloban. Other jobs that I had in the said offices include enumerating surveys, manual processing of filled-in survey forms, doing consistency checks, generation of reports and data analysis.
I started college way back in 2009, but due to financial problems I stopped schooling from 2012-2014. After typhoon Haiyan struck Tacloban I transferred to Visayas State University where I finished one academic year and stopped schooling again. In 2015 my mother built up a ticketing business and I volunteered to help. In 2016 I sought a call center job so that I could gain more experience on how to handle customers. I have graduated in college just recently this June 2019.
This platform will give me unlimited opportunities to contribute my accumulated knowledge and skills for the fulfillment of the goals of my boss for his/her company. Whenever I get hired, I will make sure that I will deliver results in whatever task that will be given to me. Furthermore, the salary that I will be receiving will be of big help to me.
